Growing up in South London and Sussex in the UK, Emma Bowring has been passionate about animals since childhood. Emma has always felt a desire to help individual animals and this is what influences her compositional choices. Emma’s style is informed by nature itself, whether it is the intricate patterns of a wild dog’s markings or the folds of a rhino’s skin, these fine details have evolved as a means of survival. Emma uses her work to raise funds for wildlife conservation and animal welfare charities.
